TERMS & AGREEMENT
Please read all the information on this page before clicking the agree button. We at Virtual Tour Videos want our clients to know exactly what they are receiving when they purchase a virtual video tour. The following is important information about our policies with video tours.
How far we travel for video shoots:
Virtual Tour Videos is a Minnesota based business, and currently covers the Twin Cities Metro area, and the surrounding suburbs. The traveling fees are already taken care of with the purchase of the tour. If you are not sure if your property is in our area of coverage please email us. We primarily cover the southern suburbs of the Twin Cities.
Someone must be present for the property shoot:
We require that someone be present for the property video shoot. We require this for two reasons: one, for the videographer to get inside the house, and two, for liability reasons. The individual present can be an agent, or a property owner. This person must be notified of the date, and time that we are coming for the property video shoot.
Turnaround time:
Our turnaround time is 2-3 business days from the video shoot. After we have shot the video we will have it up on the web in 2-3 business days, excluding holidays. We will notify you when your video tour is available for viewing.
Reshoot/refund policy:
We will go the extra mile to make sure our clients are happy with their video tour. That is why we offer one free video reshoot if you are dissatisfied with the original, and if we cannot correct the problem in editing. We also offer a full refund if you are dissatisfied with your video tour, and the issue cannot be resolved. We must have a legitimate reason to provide a full refund.
